What the service is

A reference library of regulatory controls, and a tool for assessing your organization against them. The content is for information only and is not legal advice. A score here is your own self-assessment, not an audit or a certification.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what you and the people you invite enter for your organization, and for having the right to enter it.

Your content

Your answers and notes remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload or get around the security of the service, access other organizations' data, or upload anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or stop it. If we stop it, we'll give signed-in users reasonable notice to download their assessments.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for decisions made from its content.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data.
